bv66 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bv66 platform — whether by registering an account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the available games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the bv66 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bv66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonus funds accumulated across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. Any information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, national identification number, contact email address, and payment details — must belong to you personally and must be truthful. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bv66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following documents before any withdrawal is processed:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.

• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement confirming your registered address.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

bv66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except in cases of proven negligence on bv66's part.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bv66 accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services and payment networks: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied on deposits made in BDT through supported payment methods.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

5.3 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. 6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to account holders who have completed the KYC identity verification process. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals suspended pending document review. bv66 recommends completing verification as soon as possible after registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect account holders from unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawals to a different account than the deposit source require additional verification and are subject to approval at bv66's discretion.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

6.5 Withholding of Withdrawals

bv66 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, a breach of these Terms, or if the account is under investigation. In such cases, bv66 will inform the account holder and request any additional documentation required to resolve the matter.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bv66 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the stated wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bv66 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses forfeited, and the account may be suspended or closed without further notice.

7.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

bv66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are made at the sole discretion of bv66 and do not constitute a contractual obligation to continue offering such promotions in the future.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the bv66 platform, you acknowledge and accept the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed except in circumstances explicitly described in the relevant game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, bv66 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the account holder.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to sporting events, data feed interruptions, or regulatory requirements. bv66 is not liable for any loss arising from a market suspension.
• Where a game result is disputed, the decision of bv66's adjudication team is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 16 of these Terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bv66 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or corruption.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event through collusion, match-fixing, or any other fraudulent means.
• Using any software, device, or mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including card counting tools, automated betting systems, or exploit scripts.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at bv66 staff, support agents, or other platform users.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on bv66's technical infrastructure.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

10 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to bv66 regarding the Platform may be used by bv66 without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you for such contributions.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

bv66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bv66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.

bv66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

bv66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bv66.onl/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

bv66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal purposes.
• The account holder is under the age of 21.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off period request has been received.
• The account holder has requested closure.

14.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting bv66 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet cleared for withdrawal) will be returned to your verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that have already accrued.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction described in Section 16 below.

The failure of bv66 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
